Attention all athletes!
Tryouts for the Spring sports season are just around the corner. To participate, an MHSAA sports physical is required and must be uploaded to Final Forms by March 3rd—prior to the first tryout or practice date.
Important Reminder:
- As per MHSAA, your sports physical must be completed on or after April 15, 2024, to be valid for the 2024-25 school year.
- If you're unable to get an examination due to insurance limitations, a sports physical can be completed at an urgent care clinic, CVS, or similar locations.
