Show Transcript Welcome to my class, my name is Mr. Dalton, I teach multiple classes at the high school. I teach team sports, Advanced women lifeguarding, health, and this is my wellness and balanced Lifestyles class. We're not in the classroom today we're out here at a farm doing goat yoga. So a lot of the class it was designed and built for mental health and a big piece of it is Yoga. When we talked to our kids in the first week, one of the number one pieces of feedback we got was can we go do goat yoga so we looked into it and found this Farm here in Plymouth and thought it'd be a great experience for the kids. How do you feel? Good. Is it helping? I think goat yoga's mainly to just make people smile and just have a good time and stretch and just like relax and hang out with other with friends. I feel like at first people want to do it because they think it's going to be easy at first people want to do it because they think it's going to be easy and then people start to fall in love with this class because it's really nice, a lot of people like the nap times at the beginning of class and then it turns out like stretching is really nice like I didn't realize I would enjoy stretching this much as much as I do like enjoy coming to class everyday.
