  • Mid Year reports or mid year grades request from colleges:

Some colleges might request additional information to consider your application. They might request your mid-year grades. Please follow the steps below to send your updated transcript to the colleges that might ask for it.

  1. Log into Parchment
  2. Click “order” transcript and type in the name of the college that you want to send your transcript to.
  3. When completing the order select “Hold For Grades” rather than “Send now”. This will automatically send your transcript once our final grades are processed and the transcripts are updated.

If you have a college that is requesting something other than mid year grades, please reach out to your counselor or stop by and see them at lunch drop ins next week.

This is a reminder to continue to check the Counseling Scholarship and Financial Aid webpages for updates.

Thank you!
