Performing Arts

The Choral Department presents three concerts each year - fall, winter and spring. All choirs attend a choral festival in March and all singers are encouraged to audition for Honors Choir and Solo and Ensemble Festival sponsored by the Michigan State Vocal Music Association.

Stage Parents

The NHS Drama Club is an extracurricular group of students that puts on three shows per year, including a fall play, winter student-run production, and spring musical, as well as an annual student-constructed haunted house that is open to the public.  We spend the year teaching all interested students about many areas of theatre, including cast, set construction, lighting and sound design, prop making, costuming, stage managing, and more.
