Featured alongside global CEOs and industry innovators, Jen is being recognized for her role in fundamentally reshaping how technology serves education.

A Local Impact

While the award recognizes her national influence, William Jones, Principal of Hillside, knows Jen as "thoughtful" and someone who is never afraid to tackle difficult conversations. Whether she is navigating changes in instruction or building the district’s AI Task Force, Jen’s work is rooted in her deep understanding of the teacher experience.

Voices from the Field

Principal Jones notes that Jen’s ability to remove barriers has been a game-changer for the school:

"Jen has been an amazing teacher and innovator from the moment I met her... Her passion, excitement, and understanding of the classroom teacher experience makes her the ideal person to lead this work in Northville schools."

Jones highlighted that Jen doesn't just focus on the "how-to" of technology, but also the "why." She has been instrumental in leading student sessions that explore the ethical questions inherent in AI, ensuring that Northville stays at the forefront of innovation while remaining grounded in values.

Leading the Way Forward

Jen’s expertise is a vital resource for our staff and students. We are incredibly proud to have a national leader right here in our hallways.
