Important Reminders for Seniors

Seniors, do you need to send your last semester (final) grades to colleges?

Seniors, similar to first semester, if you are required to send colleges your Final semester grades you must :
  • Order your transcript through Parchment anytime (Click on hold for grades)
  • If you applied to a college directly through their website, and that college is requiring final semester grades, you must request to have your transcript sent directly to that college from Parchment.
  • If you applied to a college through the Common Application, and that college is requiring final semester grades, you must request to have your transcript sent to the Common Application through Parchment.
Any questions -  please see Ms. Purcell in the counseling office.

Senior Planning Guide

A "must read" for NHS Seniors!

(updates are in process)
Many Seniors and their parents are anxious to get the College application process underway and the Northville High Counseling School Department is here to assist you!

The NHS Counseling department will roll out the plan for Senior year to parents and students. This includes but is not limited to Senior Student meetings, Senior Parent Meetings and the updated Senior Planning Guide.

Please review the Senior Planning Guide. There are also Teacher, Student and Parent Brag Sheets available. These will be useful for those students whose colleges REQUIRE a counselor and/or teacher letter of recommendation.

Please view the presentations on the Counseling website as well as all of the college search information available - view our College Information link.

Don’t hesitate to have your Senior see their counselor during drop-in hours or they can make an appointment if they have questions.
